These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calculator Vault mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. About Calculator Vault
Calculator Vault is a privacy and media-management utility that may allow users to protect, organize, hide, view, restore, export, and manage supported photos, videos, and other media or files.
Depending on the version of the App, features may include:

Features may vary depending on the App version, Android version, device capabilities, permissions, and geographic availability.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. License to Use the App

4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You remain responsible for the photos, videos, files, and other content that you import, hide, protect, manage, export, restore, or otherwise process using Calculator Vault.
You must ensure that you have the legal right to possess and use any content handled through the App.
You agree not to use Calculator Vault to:
- Store or manage unlawful content
- Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
- Hide or manage content obtained unlawfully
- Engage in fraud, harassment, abuse, or other unlawful activity
- Interfere with or compromise another person's device, account, or data
5. Vault Password, PIN and Security
If Calculator Vault allows you to create a PIN, password, pattern, or other security credential, you are responsible for keeping that credential confidential and secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your device and for preventing unauthorized access to your vault.
Do not share your vault password, PIN, or security credentials with unauthorized persons.
6. Important Data Backup Notice
Calculator Vault may store protected media or related App data locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important photos, videos, files, and other content.
Depending on device behavior and the way content is stored, your protected content may become inaccessible or may be permanently lost if you:
- Uninstall the App
- Clear Calculator Vault's App data
- Reset or replace your device
- Delete App-related folders
- Delete protected files outside the App
- Lose or forget your vault credentials where no recovery method is available
We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of important files.
7. Device Permissions
Calculator Vault may request access to photos, videos, media, storage, files, camera, notifications, or other device functions when required to provide features selected by you.
Certain features may not function if required permissions are denied or revoked.
You can manage permissions through your Android device settings.
8. Advertising
Calculator Vault may contain advertisements provided by us or third-party advertising services.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Calculator Vault.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content and protecting their device and security credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Termination
